⇨ Cách 1: While this development may bring about some benefits, I would argue they are

⇨Cách 2: In my perspective, the drawbacks of this trend clearly surpass/exceed/overshadow

 In recent years, the number of adults still living with their parents has been on the
rise. While this development may bring about some benefits, I would argue they
are eclipsed the drawbacks.

2. Bodies
Body 1( bên yếu hơn)
Topic On the one hand, it is understandable why……can be beneficial/ problematic
sentence (to somebody) to some extent

Point One advantage/disadvantage of (topic) is that + S + V

Additionally, In addition, Secondly

Explain This is due to the fact that S + V

This results in Noun
As a result, Therefore, In other words, For example….
Expand As a result, Therefore, In other words, For example….
This is detrimental to noun phrases, as S + V
Compared to, In contrast

 On the one hand, there are tangible advantages when grown–ups stay in their own homes
with their parents. One of the primary advantages is that this can build stronger bonds
between family members. This is because there are abundant opportunities for regular
face-to-face interactions and intimate conversations when living together. This kind of
conversation will help develop a close-knit family where members could give timely
support to each other. This ideal scenario seems less likely if, however, the son is settling
down in a new home, with a different timetable from members of his family and only
speaking with his parents on occasion over the phone.
 Secondly, their living expenses can be reduced. While other adults have to pay for rents,
bills and other necessities, in this case, the costs can be shared between family members.
Consequently, young adults can save some money for other purposes such as further
study or investment.
Body 2( bên mạnh hơn)
Topic Withstanding the aforementioned benefits/ drawbacks, I believe that the
sentence benefits/ drawbacks of …… are more significant.
Point One advantage/disadvantage of (topic) is that + S + V
Additionally, In addition

Explain This is due to the fact that S + V

This results in Noun
As a result, Therefore, In other words, For example….
Expand As a result, Therefore, In other words, For example….
This is detrimental to noun phrases, as S + V
Compared to, In contrast

 On the other hand, I opine that there exist detrimental impacts on those who do not live
independently. The first disadvantage is that the young can be over-reliant on their
family. With the help of parents, the young may not have to do household tasks such as
doing laundry or washing up, which can later be huge obstacles when they have to move
out.
 Furthermore, the autonomy and self-efficacy of youngsters can also diminish. This is
because being with overprotective parents can deprive adults of the development of
problem-solving and decision-making skills. Compared to other counterparts, they are
less confident when choosing between different options. Indeed, many helicopter parents,
such as those in Vietnam, closely monitor their children, failing to guide them properly in
how to gather relevant information, and evaluate possible options for a final sound
decision, preventing them from leading a self-sufficient life.

3. Conclusion
In conclusion, it seems to me that the disadvantages/advantages of ……… are more considerable than
its advantages/disadvantages.
 In conclusion, it seems to me that the disadvantages/advantages of living with parents
after graduating and having a job are more considerable than its
advantages/disadvantages.

Living with parents post-graduation offers the advantage of stronger family bonds due to regular, face-to-face interactions, which foster a supportive and close-knit family environment . Additionally, living expenses are reduced as costs such as rent and bills can be shared, allowing young adults to save money for other purposes, such as further education or investments . However, the disadvantages include a risk of over-reliance on parents, which can impede personal development in managing household tasks and diminish autonomy and self-efficacy. This lack of independence may challenge their ability to make decisions and solve problems when living alone . Despite the benefits, these drawbacks are heavier as they impact long-term personal development .

Living with parents after college graduation can benefit one financially by reducing living expenses since costs such as rent, bills, and other necessities can be shared among family members. This arrangement allows young adults to save money, which can be directed towards further education or investments .

The presence of shared expenses when living with parents post-university positively influences young adults' financial planning by allowing them to allocate savings towards other financial goals, such as further education or investments. This reduction in individual cost responsibilities provides an opportunity to accumulate savings at a faster rate than if living independently with full rent and bills obligations .

Not gaining independence from parents post-graduation can negatively affect personal skills such as household management, decision-making, and problem-solving. Young adults may not perform household tasks like laundry without parental help, which becomes a significant challenge when living independently . Moreover, overreliance on parents can prevent the development of crucial skills, making such individuals less confident in decision-making compared to their peers, who develop these skills naturally when living independently .

Living with parents after university facilitates stronger family bonds due to frequent face-to-face interactions and intimate conversations, fostering a supportive environment . In contrast, living independently may limit these direct interactions, often reducing communication to occasional phone conversations, thus weakening familial ties .

Young adults living with their parents post-graduation face impediments to developing problem-solving skills because the protective presence of parents often limits challenges that require independent solution-seeking. Without the need to make independent decisions, these skills remain underdeveloped . Overprotective environments can stifle learning experiences necessary for honing such skills .

Helicopter parenting can affect the decision-making abilities of young adults by preventing them from encountering scenarios where they must gather information independently and evaluate options effectively, thus hampering the development of sound decision-making skills. Overprotective parents often take crucial steps away from their children, leading them to struggle when faced with the need to make independent decisions .

Living with one's family after university can hinder long-term personal development in terms of autonomy and self-efficacy because it may lead to dependency on parents for household tasks. This dependency can result in the young adults facing obstacles once they have to manage independently . Furthermore, staying with overprotective parents often restricts the development of problem-solving and decision-making skills, leading to a lack of confidence compared to peers who live independently .

A sense of community in online learning environments is crucial for fostering motivation, collaboration, and support among learners. The absence of these elements can lead to feelings of isolation and decrease the efficacy of online education as students may lack real-time peer interaction and community support, which are vital for engaging learning experiences and better academic outcomes .

Despite technical conveniences like flexibility and access to recorded lessons , online learning may not outweigh its disadvantages because it can be isolating and limit opportunities for social interaction, critical for learning and emotional development . Additionally, the lack of real-time feedback and experimentation opportunities can create gaps in understanding and proficiency, particularly in fields requiring hands-on skills .
