II. Program Background and Rationale
Pursuant to DepEd Memoramdum No. 102, s2021,per DepEd Order No. 012,
s 2021, teachers will be attending a professional development program through
an In-Service Training (INSET) organized by the school or other relevant units of
DepEd. The week of March 15-19, 2021 will be devoted to In-Service Training
(INSET) which may include the Mental Health and Wellness topics.
Furthermore, the week may also be used for other activities at school level
to assess the implementation of the contextualized Learning Continuity Plan
(LCP) and gather evidence as basis for plan adjustment.
To ensure the implementation of the said DepEd Memorandum and the
assessment of school LCP in the Second Quarter, Combado Elementary School
thru its focal persons shall conduct a 5-Day In-Service Training (INSET) at the
school campus on March 15-19, 2021 (8:00 – 4:00 PM) to be attended all 7
teaching personnel, and their School Head.
III. Program Description
This is a 5-day In-Service Training highlights on the assessment on the
implementation of DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2021 (Professional Development
Program for Teachers), development of Learning Activity Sheets for Quarter 4.
The modality to be used is Face-to-Face which will be conducted on March 15-19,
2021. The target participants for this undertaking are the 7 Teachers.

The target participants for this undertaking are the 7 Teachers of Combado
Elementary School.
V. Workplace Development Objectives (WDO)
Impact: Improved and enhanced quality of instructions of the applied
learning platform
Organizational outcome: Improved effectiveness of teachers in assessing
their teaching and the learning of their learners with the provision of
reasonable leniency and considerations for possible difficulties met by the
learners
Outputs: Drafted Learning Activity Sheets for Quarter 4
Competencies: Developing a Learning Activity Sheets to adopt instructions,
assessment and grading practices that can most meaningfully support pupil
development and respond to varied contexts at this new normal time
VI. Program Learning Objectives
The Program aims to:
a) develop positive outlook of teachers despite of the many adjustments of
the new normal
b) develop Learning Activity Sheets for Quarter 4; and
c) capacitate teachers to respond quickly the urgency of the effects of the
new normal learning platform
d) instill strong commitment and support for adhering to the grounding
principles of the policy.
