Self-Assessment proses mengevaluasi dan memahami kemampuan, kekuatan, kelemahan,

dan karakteristik diri sendiri. Ini melibatkan pengenalan keterampilan, preferensi, dan area
yang perlu ditingkatkan seseorang.

- I know myself well. I'm good at paying close attention to details and making task lists.
I'm not too hard on myself about being perfect. I learned this from being a treasurer in
different groups, where I had to be very careful with money and messages.

Self-Motivation dorongan tekad untuk menetapkan dan mencapai tujuan. Hal ini melibatkan
pengambilan inisiatif, tetap fokus, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan atas keputusan yg
diambil

- I'm driven to do well. I want to keep working in a field that matches what I learned in
school and from my experiences. I'm especially interested in getting better at planning
finances and making important decisions. I think these skills are really important for a
successful future.

- Through my experiences, I've figured out what I'm good at. I know that my careful
nature is a big help, especially with money and messages. When I organized the
seminar, even though it was tough, I saw that I could handle challenges well. This
made me realize I'm capable of doing great things.

Self-assessment, self-motivation, and self-realization are important for personal growth and
success.

1. Self-Assessment helps us understand our strengths and weaknesses. It's like looking
in a mirror to see what we're good at and what we need to work on. This helps us
make better decisions and improve ourselves.
2. Self-Motivation is like having our own engine to keep going. It helps us set goals and
work towards them, even when things get tough. It's what keeps us moving forward
and achieving what we want.
3. Self-Realization is about discovering our true potential. It's like finding out what
we're really capable of. When we realize what we can do, it boosts our confidence and
helps us aim higher.

Together, these three things create a strong foundation for personal development and
achieving our goals in life. They help us become the best version of ourselves.
