In this second module, we will discover the most effective tools for managing the energy
transition. Kristina Stuart for Carbone 4 will tell you how to assess your carbon footprint and
draw up an action plan to reduce emissions. Emmanuelle Le Nagard, Professor of Marketing,
will explain how companies can work with their customers to make them more climate-
friendly. Felix Papier, Professor of Operations Management, will show us how companies can
act on their supply and value chains to reduce their carbon footprint.
Our case study companies will show us the exemplary initiatives that they have implemented
as part of their energy transition. You will meet Emmanuel Normant, Director of Sustainable
Development at Saint Gobain, Sébastien Soleille, Head of Energy Transition and Environment
for the BNP Paribas group, and Emmanuel Cibla, Reboost Programme Director for Essilor
International, and you will also meet Xavier Galliot for Essilor, and Michel Drappier and Pierre
Naviaux representing the Champagne industry
