MY WEEKLY ROUTINE

On Mondays I get up at 7:30 am. Then I do my hygiene, I put on training clothes. I have light
breakfast at about 8:00, drink coffee and then go to training. After training I go home, have a
shower, and a snack. I write a work-out routine for that day, then I have a lunch at 12:30. I
usually go to work around 1:30 to 8:30. After work I go home and have dinner with my
husband. I like watching a cooking show before bed. I go to bed around midnight.
On Tuesdays I wake up at 6:30. I get dressed, do my hygiene. I have breakfast at about 7:00,
and i go to work. My job strats at 8. On Tuesdays I work until 12 or 1. Then I have lunch. I
have rest of the day free. I like visiting my sisters, nephews and nieces. For the rest of my free
time I do housework. I like doing it during the week so that I have the weekend free.
My routines on Wednesdays are similari to Mondays, except that sometimes start work a little
later. After work I have English course up to 10 pm.
I work double shifts on Thursdays. In the morning I usually work from 9 to 12:30, and
sometimes shorter. In the afternoon my job starts at 3 and lasts until 8:30. After work I have
English course up to 10 pm.
0n Friday my job starts at 9 and usually lasts until noon. I have the rest of the day free. In that
free time I write the schedule for the next week. Sometimes I go for coffee with my friends,
because they are also quite busy with work or have small children. That is why we rarely see
each other. Sometimes I go to training at night. After training I go home, I have shower and I
have diner. I put on comfortable clothes and watch TV, usually watch a cooking show or a
good movie.
I dont work on Saturdays so I sleep a little longer, until 8:30. Wen I get up I have breakfast
and drink coffee. After that I go to my mom, and my sister and nephews and nieces also
come. It will be a very hilarious gathering because there will be many children. Rest of the
day can be different depending on my mood. Sometimes I go for spiritual renewal.
On Sundays I get up around 7:30 and get readi for the church. After that me and my husband
go for coffee. Sometimes I make lunch for two of us, and sometimes we go to his parents. The
rest of the day we rest or go somewhere. My husband works a lot during the week so he
mostly takes Sundays off.
