The reflection
From this assignment, I learned many valuable
lessons. First, I unleashed my creative thinking by
attempting something unique and unconventional—
something I believe no one else has done before. I
presented my video in a bold and distinctive way by
creating an animated video using my voice and the
.voices of my friends
Second, I enhanced teamwork by collaborating
effectively with some of my friends and even my
sister. This collaboration not only made them active
participants in the process but also introduced them to
some of the course concepts in general and the
assignment’s topic in particular. They now have a
basic understanding of corporate governance and the
discussions, debates, and conflicts—both positive and
.negative—that occur among shareholders
Third, this experience improved my English skills,
particularly my reading. Preparing the script and
refining my reading style to present it in the best way
had a positive impact on my overall English

Lastly, and most importantly, I gained practical insight
into the real-world negative issues that occur in
companies. This gave me a deeper understanding of
what I had previously learned theoretically in lectures.
I realized the importance of identifying and addressing
negative issues to maintain a clean, positive work
environment. Such an environment not only benefits

One of the challenges I faced, which I didn’t mention
in the video due to time constraints, was balancing the
interests of different stakeholders. For example,
creating a comfortable work environment for
employees while ensuring high productivity and cost
efficiency can be tricky. Providing employees with rest
periods and vacations often requires hiring more staff
.to cover the resulting gaps, which increases costs
Another dilemma I encountered was satisfying societal
and environmental expectations. Electric car batteries,
while designed to protect the environment and save
costs, can be extremely harmful if not disposed of
properly. Mishandling their disposal could lead to
environmental damage, conflicts with the government
.and environmental organizations, and even fines
Despite the challenges, I genuinely enjoyed working
on this assignment. It required significant time and
effort—from writing the script to creating the
animation videos, coordinating with my friends,
assigning them parts, and organizing everything to
produce a decent final result. Although it was
exhausting, it is one of the most rewarding projects
