made at-once by which employees have lost their seniority and all otted
permanently to new Districts / Zone / Multi-zones subjected to t heir mental
agony.

[Thus the process of allocation as per G.O. Ms. No. 317 is not completed
so far]

III Government have made commitment to revised / amend G.O. 31 7 to do


justice to the employees.

IV The following suggestions for consideration

(1) Employees, who were allocated, in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 31 7, G.A. (SPF -1)
Department to the new stations and whose seniority have been affected may
needs to be continued in the erstwhile local cadre duly invoking the
provisions of para-4(7) of PO, 20 18 so as to protect all service conditions.

(2) All allotment have been made to the new District/ Zone / Multi -zone of PO,
2018 in implementation of orders of G.O. [Link] . 317, G.A. (SPF-I) Dept., dt:
6-12 -202 1 shall be trea t ed as semi-permanent. Further their seniority,
promotional avenue, transfer & posting and other service conditions in their
re spective posts may need to be protected in terms of Para -4(7) of PO,
2018.
