b. How to classify members roles:

We were randomly assigned to work on a task together in the same group, so the first step
was to connect and form a team with clear plans for the future.
Firstly, we must read and understand project requirements, how many criteria need to be
completed, and what is the deadline of each criterion. Secondly, we gathered to design a

tasks, and each person voluntarily took on a task. Fortunately, each part of the work had

CHAPTER 2: SUMMARIZE THE WORK COMPLETED

b. Summarize the work completed:

After nearly 1 month of working together, we researched and completed all the
information needed for our presentation and final report. As we mentioned before, team A
will take main responsibility for collecting data and forming the structure for our context, so
this is our timeline for team A:

4
GROUP NAME

As team B - the designed team who take responsibility to design our materials project,
interview, and action plan. Here is their timeline:

Hence, they will have less work than the information preparation team. We divide the
work based on the 3-forward-3-defense strategy: within the same timeframe, one team will
work with higher intensity while the other team evaluates and provides feedback. The
advantage of this division is that the work is broken down into smaller tasks and ensures
more consistency, saving time as the same amount of work will have dedicated individuals in
charge. The disadvantage is keeping track of what the other team is preparing. That's why our
weekly meeting is the solution for this problem because it allows us to have an overview of
what we have completed so far this week, does anyone have problems or need help.

NOTE

W e apply the Delphi technique: after taking the assignment individually, we go

home and research by ourselves. Then, we check once time together to give
constructive feedback before handing out our work to the whole group. Finally,
we receive constructive feedback from all members of the group identify problems we have,
and discuss how to solve these issues.

With the Human Resources field - a top job for all decades, finding information is easier
for us compared to other careers. However, we have to improve our research in one way,
which the chapter 4 may support the idea in chapter 1, all chapters have to be linked together
to create a comprehensive and good understanding for readers.

With finishing the Action Plan in 5 years, it is extremely essential for us to understand if
we want to become Human Resource Professionals in the future, and which skills or
knowledge we can and must gain. Therefore, a deep research into the Requirements and
Qualifications of this job and Technical along soft skills contributed massively to visualize
what we have to achieve now.

We are still in the process of completing the project. If we encounter any concerns that
we can't solve, we will reach out to the teacher for assistance. The tasks related to information
will be prioritized first.

Task progress and challenges were primarily communicated through structured weekly meetings where issues and solutions were discussed. These meetings allowed members to report on completed work, present challenges, and solicit assistance . Unaddressed tasks and outstanding issues were highlighted during these sessions, which promoted accountability as members were held responsible for informing the group of their progress . This system fostered transparency and peer evaluation as it compelled members to constantly update and collaborate on the project's progress.

Structured weekly meetings played a critical role in mitigating several challenges faced by the group. These meetings provided a platform to review progress, discuss obstacles, and exchange innovative solutions . The regular check-ins ensured everyone was updated, facilitated a shared understanding of group objectives, and allowed timely intervention if problems arose. Furthermore, they fostered a culture of transparency and collaboration, essential for managing complex tasks efficiently and ensuring the alignment of individual efforts with overall project goals .

Task management was structured around a well-defined timeline with roles assigned according to individual strengths, which maximized efficiency and ensured completeness of each task . By using a phased, feedback-driven approach, members were able to systematically handle and execute duties, thus enhancing their understanding of effective project management . This approach positively impacted the learning experience, providing each member with practical exposure to challenges and realistic solutions involved in human resource management tasks .

The group established strict rules for absences, task completion, and communication, ensuring compliance by affecting peer evaluations based on adherence to these rules . Consistent reminders and structured meetings reinforced these regulations. Moreover, continuous feedback and the application of peer evaluation criteria helped maintain accountability and encouraged members to reach the prescribed project standards . This system proved effective in sustaining a high-quality work environment where personal errors were viewed as group errors to instill collective responsibility .

The group emphasized regular communication through mandatory weekly meetings, which allowed members to provide and receive feedback timely. They also supported each other during challenges, e.g., assisting Quách Khiết Anh when injured . The adoption of the Delphi technique further enhanced collaboration by enabling individualized research followed by group feedback and discussion sessions to refine outcomes . These methods established a cooperative environment that facilitated efficient problem-solving and task execution.

The group utilized a strategy of breaking down tasks using a 3-forward-3-defense approach, where one team worked at a higher intensity and the other provided feedback. This method allowed tasks to be broken into smaller parts with dedicated individuals managing each, thereby ensuring consistency and saving time . Weekly meetings were also established to address any issues, ensuring all tasks were on track and the overall timeline was maintained .

The group assigned members specific roles based on their strengths, which fostered responsibility and ownership. Members like Nguyễn Châu Tuyết Anh took charge of data analysis for job qualifications, while Quách Khiết Anh focused on crafting the action plan and editing videos. This clear delineation of roles allowed the group to efficiently manage and complete tasks, leveraging each member’s skill set to fulfill project requirements effectively . This division and specialization were pivotal in maintaining progress and ensuring high-quality outputs .

The Information Team faced challenges like insufficient data and website restrictions, which they addressed by consulting additional resources such as LinkedIn and Investopedia . The Design Team handled issues like modifying the action plan and video production by ensuring support and collaboration among group members . Overall team challenges, such as balancing tasks and ensuring data analysis, were dealt with by creating detailed timetables and enhancing internal communication and meetings .

Non-adherence to project deadlines and requirements had direct consequences on members' peer evaluations. Late submissions were marked as needing improvement if delayed for more than two days, and unsatisfactory if delayed for more than four days . Persistent failure to correct errors after two reminders would also impact their task completion scores negatively. Additionally, lack of participation and failure to stay informed about group activities led to lower scores in active participation and problem-solving . These consequences ensured that members were motivated to meet deadlines and maintain participation standards.

The group leveraged external resources such as websites like LinkedIn and Investopedia to acquire comprehensive data necessary for their analysis . In terms of guidance, they weren't hesitant to consult their supervisor for clarity on unclear data aspects, ensuring that all information aligned well with their project goals . This approach allowed the group to fill informational gaps and sustain progress in their project while adhering to high standards of accuracy and relevancy.
