comfortable and accustomed to learning without using learning applications.
Quizizz. Students are already familiar with learning and the media used by teachers during
online learning. Based on research results, students' interest in learning in the use of Quizizz
learning applications has increased. The results of the overall percentage of students' learning
interest in class III B SDN Bumiayu 3 Malang City using the Quizizz learning application is 83%
which is included in the high category. The percentage results of each indicator on the student
learning interest questionnaire using the Quizizz learning application on the happy feeling

high, the attention indicator percentage results get 80% which is included in the high category
and the fourth indicator is involvement getting 86% which belongs to the very high category.
Furthermore, it can be concluded that the Quizizz learning application can be an alternative for
teachers in using learning media during online learning during a pandemic to increase students'
interest in learning, as well as create a more interesting, fun, not monotonous learning
atmosphere for students to follow, and utilize technology. The increase in students' interest in
learning, which accounted for 20%, is because students really like the way the teacher provides
thematic learning using the Quizizz learning application. There is an increase in student interest
when thematic learning uses the Quizizz learning application, although the increase is only 20%.
The difference in the increase which only accounts for 20% is because students are still used to
the teacher's way of providing thematic learning without using the Quizizz learning application
so that at the beginning of the work, students have difficulty operating the Quizizz learning
application when learning online because they are not used to it.
