Introduction:

It was hard to start a recycling scheme in the community with only had £1,200 or £1,000
to work with. But it was also a strong chance to make real changes and start a
movement in my town towards sustainability. Plastic waste is destroying environments
and putting the health of everyone on earth at risk. Our Earth is at in danger of
environmental disastars that are about to happen. We need to act right away, more than
ever. I choose to start this project because I care about the world me and I know how
important itis for small groups to make a difference. I bieleved that working together and
being active in my communnity could make this journy more powerful when I first started
it. my goal was to make a change that would matter.

Planing and getting ready in the beginning was fueld by a strong desire for a solid
foundation for sucess. To get help and money for the project. it was important to work
with comunity leaders schools busineses and recycling sites in the area. People felt like
they owned the project and were commited to it goals because we talked met to plan
and advertise it. Knowing more about the issues and challeneges of managing a
comunity project on a tight budget helped me understand the project better. I was still
sure, that we could solve this problems and reach the goals if we were creative, and,
came up with new ideas, and were totally comitted.I was hopeful and exited when I
started these project because I think we can make the world a better place for future
generations if we all work together.

Reflection on your project experience and skills development:

I learned alot about writing and how to think thorough these project. I choose to write
about recycling and caring for the earth planet because I believe in recycling, and i
know how important they are for [Link] I saw that garbage and environmental
damage were getting worse in my town. I felt like I had a big part to in making things
better. and I felt even more motiated after reading a lot and having interesting
conversation with people in the area. both the systems that recycled things and the
shows that taught people about the envirenment had big [Link] became more clear to
me that the old ways of doing things werent' helping to fix the big environmental
problems we were [Link] I learned more about them. It was clear that something had
to be done right way since there werent any full dumping methods or training
programms. When this hole was found, it was both a job and an exciting chance to
make real changes. To bring people together and make a real change, I started a
community-run project to teach people about recycling and the environment.
Alot of different projects skills were needed to complete the job and they were all very
important to its sucess. To begin with it was very important to work with alot of different
company. They had to set up meetings lead thought groups handle marketing efforts
and build lasting relationships in order to get support from busineses, school, recycling
centers, and local governments. By getting everyone involved and working together this
programms made it possible for everyone to work together to reach the project
[Link] planed aproach which was the second most important factor was a big part of
the project sucess. The goal was to make the best impact possible. while living within a
certain limit. To do thiswe had to look closely at the key parts and strategies. Finding
posible effects took alot of research and careful thought and there werent many tools
available. Volunteers and partners, were given carefully choosen jobs to do. This made
sure that the project was always under control and that there was a clear plan for what
had to be [Link] there were problems when the job was almost done.
To begin, it was tough to stick to a small budget and still make a big difference. In order
to do this, costs had to be carefully ranked and resources had to be used in new and
creative ways. Second, it was hard to organise people and make sure they knew what
they needed to do, especially when it came to making sure they were committed and
excited about the project the whole time. Lastly, figuring out the project's effects and
usefulness was hard, especially when it came to collecting both personal and numeric
data to look at how the community participated and how people's behaviour changed.

People came up with creative ways to solve these issues. The problem of a small
budget was solved by finding low-cost solutions, such as reusing old tools and making
friends to share resources. Workers and other important people were able to work
together and agree on things when they could talk to each other in a clear and
consistent way. This made the project better after it had some problems. It was also
possible to get feedback on the project often and see how it was going so that any
changes could be made. Based on what workers and people in the community said, the
project got some small changes that made it more useful.

During the talks in weeks 4 and 6 helped us improve the project and answer. With help
and feedback from teachers and peers, the project plan and ways to carry it out were
made better. For example, comments about the need for better ways to talk to each
other led to the creation of community contact programmes and focused social media
activities. Ideas for building relationships and adding more training tools were added to
make the project work better and last longer. In general, getting comments was a big
part of making the project and making sure it worked well.

Conclusion:
Setting up a recycling system in a community on a tight budget was hard, but it was also
a worthwhile effort that showed how community organising and working together can
effectively solve environmental problems. Innovative methods, community involvement,
and strategic planning helped the effort bring together companies, groups, and people
in the community with the shared goal of lowering plastic trash and supporting
[Link] some problems along the way, the community's persistence and
well-coordinated efforts made it possible for a big change to happen and a real effect to
be seen. As I think back on the project, it's clear how powerful community led projects

direction. The joint method built a strong base for carrying out the project by making
