Instructions for Students to Take the Online Test through the ERP
1. Prepare Your Login Credentials
Ensure you have your login ID and password ready. These are required to access the
ERP portal and take the test.
2. Log in Early
Login to the ERP portal at least 15 minutes before the test starts to ensure you have
enough time to resolve any potential issues.
3. Check Your System Requirements
Ensure that your computer or laptop meets the minimum system requirements for
accessing the ERP portal and taking the online test.
4. Use a Computer or Laptop
It is recommended to take the test using a computer or laptop. Using other devices like
tablets or mobile phones may cause technical difficulties.
5. Use Google Chrome Browser
For the best experience, make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser to
access the ERP portal and take the test.
6. Clear Browser History, Cache, and Cookies
Before starting the test, clear your browser history, cache, and cookies. This will help
prevent any browser-related issues during the test.
7. Ensure Stable Network Connectivity
Make sure you are in a network connectivity zone with a stable and strong internet
connection. A poor or unstable connection may prevent you from logging in or
completing the test.
8. Network Issues
If you experience a weak network or slow internet, you might not be able to log in or
proceed with the test. In such cases, try to move to an area with a better network
connection.
9. Avoid Using Mobile Phones
Using a mobile phone to take the test may result in technical issues, including display
problems or difficulty in navigation. It is best to use a computer or laptop.
10. Disable Pop-up Blockers
Disable any pop-up blockers or browser extensions that may interfere with the test
window or submission process.
11. Do Not Refresh or Close the Browser
Do not refresh or close the browser during the test, as this may cause the session to end
and your progress may be lost.
12. Stay on the Test Page
Do not open other tabs or applications while taking the test. Switching tabs or opening
other applications may be flagged as suspicious activity.
13. Time Management
Be aware of the test duration and manage your time wisely. Most online tests are timed,
and once the time is over, the test will automatically submit your answers.
14. Use the “Save” Button
While answering questions, save your progress regularly using the “Save” button (if
available) to avoid losing your answers in case of a disconnection.
15. Test Submission
Once you have completed the test, click on the “Submit” button to ensure your answers
are saved and submitted correctly. Make sure you receive a confirmation message.
16. Technical Support
If you experience any technical difficulties during the test, immediately contact
technical support for assistance. Have your student ID and details of the issue ready for
faster resolution.
