1. Project Overview

The Tech4All project aims to empower underserved communities with digital literacy and
technology skills. This initiative provides students, parents, and other community members with
basic to intermediate digital skills, enabling them to participate in the modern workforce, access
online learning opportunities, and become more connected.

The program includes coding workshops, computer literacy courses, and digital
entrepreneurship training, preparing participants to thrive in a tech-driven world. It also
promotes responsible use of the internet, addressing issues such as cyber security, fake news,
and digital well-being.

2. Objectives

1. Provide students and community members with basic and advanced digital skills
training.
2. Enable parents to effectively support online learning and access digital resources.
3. Equip participants with job-ready technology skills, such as coding, website
development, and digital marketing.
4. Promote safe and responsible internet use through cybersecurity awareness campaigns.
5. Encourage digital entrepreneurship to open new income-generating opportunities for the
community.

3. Target Beneficiaries

1. Primary: High school and college students

4. Project Components

Basic Digital Literacy Classes:


 Teach participants how to use computers, smartphones, and essential software (e.g.,
word processing, spreadsheets).
 Introduce internet navigation skills (e.g., online research, email management).

Coding and Website Development Workshops:

 Conduct workshops on HTML, CSS, and basic programming languages like Python or
JavaScript.
 Encourage students to build their own websites and mobile applications.

Digital Marketing and Online Business Training:

 Teach participants how to sell products online through e-commerce platforms and social
media.
 Provide training on creating digital content (e.g., posters, videos) for online business
promotion.

Cybersecurity and Digital Safety Campaign:

 Conduct seminars on protecting personal information online, recognizing scams, and


using secure passwords.
 Promote awareness on fake news and responsible social media use.

Community Tech Days:

 Host free tech consultations where residents can learn about government services
available online (e.g., PhilSys, SSS, or Pag-IBIG).
