Practical converter
The machine provided here is of 400V, 1500 rpm, 10A. Considering the
supply to be 300V (L-L), 50 Hz, and source inductance 1 mH, armature
resistance 2 ohm, find the firing angle to run the machine at rated
speed at full load. Simlutae the operation at that firing angle.
