MindWorks Mobile App Installation Guide
MindWorks Mobile app can be downloaded from TCS UxApps, like all the
other TCS mobile applications.
Points to Note:
1. In case MindWorks Mobile App is already installed on your device then
please ensure that the App is updated with the latest version.
2. For new users, MindWorks Mobile App can only be installed from
UxApps; for which the steps to download UxApps and then Mindworks
Mobile App is shared below.
There are two types of user groups.
a. General users can directly download and tag their device to UxApps.
b. MDM (Mobile Device Management) users are TCS Associates who are
pre-designated to have their TCS emails synchronized with their mobile
device. Instead of direct Installation, MDM users have to enroll their device
first and install UxApps later.
For iOS device -
In your iOS device, go to Safari Settings and ensure to follow the steps
below:
Block Pop-ups > Turn Off
Block Cookies > Always Allow
Fraudulent Website Warning > Turn Off
Advanced > JavaScript > Turn On
Go to: [Link] in your iOS device.
Login with Ultimatix credentials.
Click on Download Ultimatix Apps.
In Terms and Conditions page, select “Accept & Download”. Then
click on Install.

Once installation completed go to Settings > General > Profile &
Device Management > Tata Consultancy Services Limited>Verify
Apps.
Once verification done, open MindWorks application.
Login with your Ultimatix Credentials.
For Android device –
Go to: [Link] in your iOS device.
Login with Ultimatix credentials.
Click on Download Ultimatix Apps.
In Terms and Conditions page, select “Accept & Download”. Then
click on Install.
Once installation done, open MindWorks application and login with
your Ultimatix Credentials.

Installing MindWorks Mobile App on the Device
To install MindWorks Mobile App:
Launch Uxapps on the device.
Log in to UxApps using Ultimatix credentials. You can view various
TCS mobile applications.
Tap Install/Update on MindWorks Quiz to install/update MindWorks
Mobile App.
When the installation is successfully completed, MindWorks Mobile
App icon appears on your home screen. Refer to the below figure.
Tap the MindWorks Mobile App icon. The login screen appears.
Log in to the app using your Ultimatix credentials
