READING ATTITUDES OF BENDITA INTEGRATED HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE RESEARCH (150 words only)
The conduct of this study will provide a perspective on how the teachers of Bendita
Integrated High School view reading as an activity. The proponent of the study, through the
included reviews of related literature, realizes the importance of the role of the teachers in
developing the reading habits and attitudes of their learners. As the study also underscores
the relevance of the study in creating a new consideration in the creation of reading
intervention programs wherein the success of such will not only rely on the students’
reading comprehension capabilities but also with the people implementing it. The study will
provide future researchers and reading program proponents a context on considering
attitude of teachers in formulation of programs and projects.
