Theme: Driving Sustainable Development and Economic Resilience in the China-
ASEAN Partnership
This roundtable will explore key areas where China and ASEAN can deepen their
cooperation, including advancing green technology, renewable energy projects, and
sustainable urban development, as well as enhancing digital infrastructure and
innovation. Through strategic investments, technology transfer, and policy alignment,
the China-ASEAN partnership can create a robust framework that fosters inclusive
growth, reduces economic disparities, and supports ASEAN’s goals for a sustainable
future.
The theme of this roundtable, “Driving Sustainable Development and Economic
Resilience in the China-ASEAN Partnership,” reflects the shared commitment of China
and ASEAN to build a future that is both economically resilient and environmentally
sustainable. In a rapidly evolving global landscape marked by digital transformation and
environmental challenges, China and ASEAN have a unique opportunity to collaborate
on initiatives that support green growth and digital inclusivity.
By convening thought leaders, policymakers, and business innovators, the session aims
to generate actionable insights and build a roadmap for meaningful and long-lasting
economic resilience in the region.
