3. Now, therefore, in view of the above, lt Monika Gupta, IAS, District
Magistrate, Mahendragarh in exercise of the powers conferred by section L44 of
the Code of Criminal procedure, !973, do hereby order that there will be restrictions
on sound more than the prescribed limit as per approval of the competent authority,
playing of DJ systems & loudspeakers after 10.00 PM, and playing of loudspeakers
fixed on Tractors etc. in district Mahendragarh so as to avoid any untoward incident.
4. The Superintendent of Police, Mahendragarh will get these orders implemented
in letter and sPirit,
5, In view of the emergent situation this order is passed ex-parte and addressed
to the Public in general'
6. These orders shall be promulgated by beating of drums & by announcement
through the publicity Van of Public Relations Department, uploading it on the District
Website ([Link]), and through sociaUdigital media'
7. Any violation of these orders shall be dealt with strictly as per Section 188 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
