Inclusivity is at the core of what I value most in any organization. From an early age, I became acutely
aware of the invisible barriers that prevent certain individuals from having equal access to
opportunities. As someone who naturally empathizes with others, I often found myself
contemplating the hardships these groups endure, which inspired me to take meaningful action
during my undergraduate years.
Serving as the Social Media and PR Head for the “Centre for Promotion of Inclusivity” solidified my
belief in the transformative power of inclusive spaces. Whether hosting workshops like “Buniyaad”
on neurodiversity or advocating for drag literacy through Instagram sessions, I saw firsthand how
amplifying diverse voices can create a sense of belonging. My role as a Facilitator for the Redressal
Cell at DPS Vezolution MUN’19 back in school further deepened my commitment to inclusivity, as I
worked to resolve disputes and ensure fairness for every delegate.
These experiences have not only shaped my worldview but also made inclusivity a non-negotiable
cornerstone of what I seek in any organization, as I believe it is the foundation for meaningful growth
and success.
PEPSICO
As a liberal arts student with an enduring passion for art, I find myself continually inspired by the
works of Van Gogh and Shakespeare. To me, marketing represents a harmonious blend of science
and art, where data-driven strategies meet boundless creativity. This intersection is precisely what
drew me to the field, where each campaign becomes a canvas for innovation. Embracing the ethos of
PepsiCo’s tagline, “Live For Now,” I’m dedicated to seizing the moment and infusing every project
with vibrancy and flair.
What I value most in an organization are tasks that challenge me, push me to learn, and spark my
creativity. As an art student, I thrive on unleashing creativity and embracing team spirit, always
seeking opportunities to think outside the box.
Inclusivity is also at the core of what I value. From an early age, I recognized the invisible barriers that
limit equal access to opportunities. This awareness, combined with my natural empathy, drove me to
take action during my undergraduate years. Serving as the Social Media and PR Head for the Centre
for Promotion of Inclusivity reinforced my belief in the power of inclusive spaces. Whether hosting
workshops like “Buniyaad” on neurodiversity or advocating for drag literacy through Instagram
sessions, I saw firsthand how inclusivity fosters meaningful connections and growth.
