Removing the radiator

Remove the Rad­Duct from the vehicle leaving the fans connected to the frame (Removing the Rad­Duct).

EXPANSION RESERVOIRS

Loosen the three screws (1) keeping the washers (2) and remove the expansion reservoir.

Repeat the operation with the LH expansion reservoir.

Remove the retainers (A).


Remove the two expansion reservoirs from the water radiator.

WATER RADIATOR

Remove the water radiator (9) from threaded studs (10) and then remove the two pins (11) from the rubber blocks on Rad­Duct.
