Fitting the radiator
Fit the vibration dampers (12) into the RadDuct seats.
Fit the clips (13) in the areas indicated in the figure.

Apply the indicated product to the two pins (11).
Fit the water radiator (9) and engage its two pins (11) in the two rubber blocks on RadDuct.
Then fit the two vibration dampers on threaded studs (10).

EXPANSION RESERVOIRS
Fit the expansion tank (5).
Start the three screws (1) with washers (2).
Tighten the screws (1) to a torque of 2.5 Nm ± 10%.
Repeat the operations with the LH side expansion reservoir.

Position the ties (A) as shown in the figure.
DEFLECTORS
Install the clip (14) in the RadDuct seat.

Fit the RH (17) and LH (17) springs with the four supports (15) inserting the pins (16) in the holes on the relevant RH and LH deflectors.
The longer end of the springs must be positioned and aimed below the deflectors, as shown in the figure.
Fit the deflectors on the RadDuct and start the screws (18).
Tighten the screws (18) to a torque of 0.8 Nm ± 10%.
