Subject: Job Application for the role of School Counselor
Dear Mr./Ms./Mrs. Rodrigo,
My name is Sharon Danielle C. Libunao and I am pleased to know the availability of the
School Counselor position and I am writing to apply at this institution at Manila National
Highschool. I got to know about this position from a member of your staff, Ms. Diaz who
happens to be my best friend’s acquaintance whom recommended me about this
prestige institution.
I have graduated at National College of Science and Technology (NCST). In addition of
my Bachelor of Psychology, during my graduation I was also able to achieve several
marks and continued to secure my 93-95% grades ever since high school. I also was an
intern for our On-the-job Training (OJT) as a counselor trainee at STI College
Dasmariñas, and gained knowledge from my experience and also as a previous library
assistant, to gain further knowledge and skills such as gaining flexibility in multi-tasking
and understanding people. I am dedicated to gradually support, give vast assistance
and provide a comprehensive environment that allows high school students to ensure
that they reach their highest true potential. I am eager to provide an ideal guidance and
ensure no student is left behind Manila National Highschool.
Throughout, I am gradually aware of people’s emotions and counseling people mostly
children and teenagers have always been my passion, analyzing and helping them with
their social behavior, mental and physical health. I take pride of myself that I can work
with students that are suffering and who is in crisis with experienced trauma and can
strengthen their relationships and even decrease conflicts between others by promoting
anti-bullying and mentor peers. Working in your esteemed institution would be an honor
as I provide with the best results regarding with the students increasing the graduation
rates for every student not to be dropped out or risk of failing. The increase of college
application rates after senior high school students to complete scholarship.
As a newbie, I am pleased with this institution at the Manila National Highschool and will
continue developing and having different opportunities to learn and grow at your
esteemed firm through this job, please take this as a consideration.
