Chapter 13 – Progress Tracking Sheet
Below is an example tracking sheet with 10 statements that you can use week to week, and
month to month, to measure and reflect upon progress related to your observations. Be sure to
complete one before you start so you have an accurate picture of your baseline attitudes and
perceptions in these areas.

new or to think in a different way this week.
