Introduction
One of my favorite activities outside of school and work is cooking. Cooking is more than just a
hobby for me; it is a passion that allows me to express my creativity, connect with my cultural
heritage, and bring joy to others. In this essay, I will delve into why cooking is so important to
me, how it helps me relax and de-stress, the skills and knowledge I have gained from it, and the

dishes is therapeutic. It allows me to focus my mind and forget about the stressors of the day.
