A region of metal loss was discovered during inspection on the inside surface of the OD piping section. The
piping system is in vapor service and was constructed to B31.3 Process Piping Code 1980 Edition. Evaluate the
region of localized metal loss for pressure plus supplemental loads and determine acceptability for continued
operation without repairs.
