Overview:-

It is a SOP for internship program which need to be followed by every department while
running the internship program.

Objective:-
Completion of Internship while following the SOP which will help in smooth running of the
internship Program to achieve the organisational goal.

Process:-

PHASE-1
Concerned Colleagues are requested to share JD and Manpower Requisition Form (MRF)
with HR as this will help us to source the right fit candidate for you.

PHASE-2
It is mandatory to fill the below table as this will help HR Team to know the things required
to the Intern on behalf of Organisation. So, Concerned Colleague are requested to
fill out the below table for necessary information which will help us at the time of On-
boarding a candidate.

PHASE-3

Recruitment & Selection of the candidate will take place after the 2 level of interviews i.e.
HR Round followed by RM of the respective department. Once the candidate gets
shortlisted then the HR Team will release the Internship Letter to the selected candidate for
the Internship.

PHASE-4

On the joining day of the intern candidate, proper On- boarding will take place starting with
basic document verification to handing over Assets (Laptop, Key card, etc. if any) followed
by One-to-One Interaction with colleagues at respective location.

PHASE-5

During the tenure of Internship, It is mandatory for every intern to prepare an Internship
project report and submit the same report to the reporting head and to HR department.
Project report can be submitted in Hard or Soft copies. The project report should cover the
following aspects:-

 What you have learned through out your internship program?


 What you liked & disliked most about the Echelon Edge Pvt Ltd?
 Where is the scope of improvement for Echelon Edge Pvt Ltd according to you?
 How you will utilize this knowledge in your career?

Note:-

 Project topic in which an Intern will prepare the report, need to be shared with HR in
1st week of the Internship Program.
 Failure in submitting Internship Project may effect handing over the certificate of
 Internship Completion to the candidate.

PHASE-6

After successful completion of the internship program, Reporting head or HOD of the
respective department under whom the Intern has completed the project will hand over the
Certificate of completion to the candidate on the last day of the internship and have to
deliver few words about the candidate keeping in mind that the candidate leaves our
organization with good thoughts about our organization.

Expected Outcome:-
At the end of Internship program, a result oriented output is expected from the respected
department which should cover individual goal in line with organisational goal.
