The LESSEE has paid a deposit of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only)for the
premises taken on rent, which shall be refunded by the lessor at the time of vacation of
premises by the lessee. The tenant has to pay a sum of Rs 9,500 (Rupees Nine Thousand Five
Hundred Onty) only as monthly sent to the owner on or before 10'h of every month
The tenancy shall be for a period of 11 (Eleven) Months commencing 01-11-2024 and may be
extended on mutual consent of both the parties with an increase of 10% in rent every year
The tenant should not sub-let or part with possession of the premises to any third person
without the prior written consent of the owner & electriciry separately as per the meter bills to
the concerned department or offices.
The LESSEEs should use the rented premises for only legal businesses and not for any reason
prohibited under law.
Whereas the LESSOR is the absolute owner of the premises situated at NLS FACILITY
MANAGEMENT SER\ICES No 40 / 5, Singayyan ap aly a, Mahadev ap ar a, B angalore-

(Hereinafter referred to as the rented premises) and the LESSEE having approached the
LESSOR for letting the same premises for the business purpose in the office and both the
parties having mutually discussed the terms and conditions for Rent which read as follows:
