Finally, some down time.

Things have been insane lately; army base, werewolves, shoot

even a crazy roman soldier that’s straight of Caesar’s Palace. Well, I still get the keep the sword;

named it Badassery. Too bad its too big to conceal; I’d make it my signature weapon like in the

movies. Well, anyway, let’s start at the beginning of the insanity that’s happened from the past

few days.

It all started with Sharon. Sharon and her meeting for allies. It was in a new hotel being

constructed and the job was to meet up with the Gangrel Primogen; Adeliade. Cute name, but not

like Raven. Well, after she said that, she asked for a race to the end, which I said yes to. I did not

win; I just crashed and used too much blood. I…couldn’t stop in time and it turned into a Charlie

Chaplain scene. Luckily she had blood on hand and I filled as much as I could. Afterwards we

went to see adeliade, in a honky tonk out in the sticks, which led us to our new friend, Sett.

This Adeliade is a Gangrel, so anti-social from what the old man says. We got there and

schmoozed a bit, which was nice, and fed a bit, but then this tall, dark, and stupid bastard runs

his mouth bout wanting Raven, which I told him was a bad idea since she’d kick his ass and then

mine for not stopping him, but still didn’t listen. So, we fought; Adeliade threw a knife out and

we dived for it and…unfortunately the bastard won. Turns out his is Brujah and likes it wild.

Figures. Well, What Adelaide waned us to do to get her to side with Sharon is to check out a

missing near an army base. A god damned US of A army base! Well, Raven took down the info

of the job; I was more focused on making sure Sett doesn’t try anything, but the best I can

remember was that the missing person was a victim possible of a kindred. Well, we got out to

near the base and went on foot; wasn’t long till Raven’s sense spotted something. The missing

body; and it wasn’t a kindred we though, but a victim of kindred, or least someone putting it on

us.
It was twisted; it looked like a mummy. We tried to find out more about it, until we

encountered a wherewolf pack, and they did not like us. Not. ONE. BIT!!! We ran for our

unlives and barely made it; Raven lost an arm, and we head back and as we drive away, hoping

to run away from the wolves, which we barely do in the car. We tell Adeliade about it and we

pick her up at the army base (which she leaves from the front fucking door), and head to a place

she wants us to check out; an office building where the body worked at. Well, we get there and

all, and things are going well, till we see a cross and the world “kindred” written in blood. Seems

someone knows about us, and it could be that old religious coot we met in the casino that was

run by Raven’s loverboy. It was something that was going to wait however; since our numbers

due to the recent events are swelled to…unsafe levels, least that’s what the old man says. Well,

by then we got a text from Sharon, looking to meet up and get info on our Adeliade meeting we

comeback to her and find out that we got Adeliades support. What we found out when we get

there is a hit done on a fellow kindred, it was staked. From the looks of it, it was done by one of

the rival gangs being used, least its what I thought. We speculated, and I wasn’t much use for

that; I’m flashy muscle, intimidation mostly. Brain work isn’t my forte. Well after a few minutes

of that, Sharon asked us to take care of the Cerulean; let him know that there is more than just a

play against bosses; someone is setting up bosses against each other.

At that time, it was close to getting daylight, so we head back to the Brujah’s hideout,

which was in the old abandoned subway tunnels of Vegas. Looked nice, considering it was filled

with thieves and cut throats; reminds me of my childhood. Well, after walking a bit, I got the 3 rd

degree being ventrue, which Sett cut short. We walked to the back, near where he sleeps and saw

the Brujah Primogen fight in a cage match, which she was winning. Not sure if they knew who

she was or not; she was fighting like a boss. As much as I wanted to try my hand, we got more
important matters to deal with, so I had to walk away. Near sunrise we talked about a plan and

had the Ceulean meet us here, we used some bait concerning Morfran to get him here. If I had

known what would happen to him, I’d have done more.

Our plan with the bait was doing well; Raven would be negotiator, I’d be muscle and

Sett…well he’d be wall dressing. It worked, and I played like I was his agent; since I told them

‘bout my dumb deal with him. Unfortunately, it didn’t work and he head back, and we had to

leave the Brujah domain and report to Sharon…that is until we got attacked. One of the

motorcycle gangs being used by the kindred to still the shit pot rammed us and the Ceruleans car.

We did well to get out with a couple of hits; couldn’t fight back as well. That was till we got out

and reached for our weapons and I got my sword, the ever reliable Badassery, and then I saw

something that I’d never forget.

It was a man in Roman legionnaire armor. He was looking like a reject of Caesar’s

Palace. He killed the Cerulean then and there; with one swipe he was beheaded. He then looked

at me as asked if I found the methuselah yet. I would find out later what that meant. Well, we

called Sharon and she got us a ride back to her hotel, and we told her everything. She was

shocked. Seems someone got her in a way she couldn’t see, and told us that the soldier was

called the “Red Hand.” He was a kindred assassin that is more dangerous than the terminator,

and more bad ass than robocop. I asked to go after it, but she shot that idea down, HARD! It was

for the best, we were all kind of tired and thirsty. Well, we decide to lay low for the night and

have her clean up and the next night we get our next order; going to get a Nosferatu to join us.

This time, Sett likes the action and the action; he seems to think we get a lot of women

going to us. Well, to get to the Nosferatu, we had to go to the college in tow, and that was…easy

enough; though my charm didn’t work, Raven’s did. He thought me and Raven were a couple. I
hope that Alexandra doesn’t find out. Well, we get through to him, almost. What we found is a

glass preasureized chamber; with him reading something. Wondering what the hell it is, it seems

that Raven had heard its where old ass books are stored and reviewed; the pressure controlled

space helps preserve them. Makes sense; the nosferatu like to know shit; not like gossips, just

nosey. Well, we got to talking after he decided to turn on the air and close his book, and we got

to talking, and my history with the Cerulean came up. Then, I don’t know exactly how he did

this, but he got us to raid the Tremere domain, to get my blood sample back. He had a car and

some hiding tricks, which did well, and got us to the “special” elevator. The one where he weird

shit is needed to get through. It was like a magical office building, but with traps and tricks and

all the weird shit to make you question your sanity.

We got a couple of things, a weird dagger and a bar of some kind of metal, but then as we

kept going forward, the traps kept getting more and more full of shit; with one beign quicksand.

Luckily my action mov-err my studies in survival helped me, while the others didn’t do so well.

It was at that time we had to bail…and that’s when the trouble came. The Nosferatu had made us

invisible, but out of nerves, I squeaked and well…it got the secretary for the rooms on alert.

Luckily, I knocked her out and we were able to kill the alarm, and we had to dash out quick as

we could. We got out, with a couple of trinkets, but no blood, and they now know someone was

there, and I worry now, who will they send in retaliation, or what will hey do to me. Still, that’s

for another night, for now, I need blood, booze, and a god movie to fall asleep to.
