SITTING POSITION
Preparation including cabin drill is the minimum service standard that a driver must have before
performing the driving process in accordance with SKKNI. Continuous repetition of the procedure in
the simulator will make a new habit with low risk and maximum yield.
Standard Procedure
• Adjusting the seated position before turning the machine
• The driver can reach the pedal easily with a slightly bent foot

• Head rest position aligned with head no more than 10 cm back to reduce whiplash and accident

SITTING POSITION
Processing steering and positioning requires training in the simulator to
gain new knowledge and skills as well as the benefits gained.
• Set the steering height and lock it
• During the assessment, the two driver hands are always ready on the steering wheel,
they do not attempt to perform such activities to put a hand on the window or
transmission pedal
• Hand position in 9-3 or 10-2 hours
• Use a & push pull Method. Doesn't use one hand.
• Thumb position doesn't lock or is inside the steering wheel
DEFENSIVE DRIVING HABITS
Perform Head Check before maneuvering (when it will do the slowdown-when it will do the initial germing)
Always provide signals when going to maneuver
Ensure it is safe to move lanes and adjusted (Lane move procedure)
The vehicle has always been properly located (not overtaking when cornering-not overtaking when road signs are not allowed-vehicles
are always in the middle of the track)
How to use communication equipment is appropriate and appropriate (horn-Sein-Dimmer)
