I'm Lisandra ablasayan, I'm 22 years old
and I recently graduated from STI West
negros university with a degree of
Science hospitality Management.
I have a background on the job trainings
in hotels here in Bacolod City, Planta
Hotel and Residences
I complete an intership here at Seda
Hotel, where I worked closely with
housekeeping department to gain
practical experience in Cleaning room
this experience help me to enhance my
skills.
I am a hard-working, conscientious and
flexible person who can work either on
my own or as part of a team.
I've worked hard in my education and
now I'm ready to apply my knowledge
into practice
WHY DO U WANT THIS JOB?
I am interested in this housekeeping
position because I have a strong
attention to detail and take pride in
creating clean, organized, and
welcoming environments. I believe my
ability to work efficiently, manage time
effectively, and follow cleaning protocols
would make me a valuable asset as part
of the team.

My greatest strengths is my ability to
learn fast on the job and teach myself

My weakness is I don’t have much
experience in customer service, because
this is my first time but I think my ability
to learn will help me overcome that
obstacle quickly.

Yes, I can work effectively under
pressure. By staying organized and
focused, I can manage tasks efficiently,
ensuring that deadlines are met without
compromising the quality of my work. I
believe stepping out of my comfort zone
and thriving in challenging situations is
