Spright Gishki Guide

I am very pleased to share everything I’ve
learned about this deck and its variants with
you!
I wrote this guide for myself. I am very forgetful
and I remember things best when I write them
down. With that being said, please enjoy!
Why play Gishki Spright?
Pros:
-Most of all, this variant is fun, fresh, exciting, and includes freakin’
Ritual Monsters!
-Consistent, and very resilient to bricking!
-Spright engine can be utilized during combo to prevent opponent
from summoning on your turn!
-Both engines naturally play around Nibiru, The Primal Being!
Cons:
-Hard to play through interruptions if you don’t open both Spright +
Gishki engines.
-Droll and Lock Bird, or Thunder King Rai-oh really hurt.
What does it do!? New Gishki Support!!
Aquamirror Focalization: Adds any Gishki Monster
from deck to hand.
During the End Phase, it can be banished from GY if
you control a Water Gishki Ritual Monster, Set an
Aquamirror S/T from Deck or GY.
This card’s effect to search is not once per turn!!!
Run 0-3 copies.
Gishki Grim: Can be used as the entire cost for Water
Ritual Monsters. If summoned, it can special summon
a Gishki monster from the deck, then locks you into
only battling with Water Ritual Monsters until the end
of the turn.
Amazing Extender and Starter!!!
Run 3 copies.
Evigishki Nerimanas: On Ritual Summon can target a
water monster in GY and then special summon it.
Cannot be destroyed by battle with special summoned
Extra Deck Monsters. Can negate a monster’s effect
activation and return itself to hand while shuffling the
negated monster into the deck.
Can revive a Toadally Awesome for insane value!!!
Run 1-2 copies
Gishki Icemirror: Can use any opponent’s monster as
the entire cost for Ritual Summon. You lose LP equal
to the Ritual Summoned Monster’s ATK. Can target a
Gishki monster in GY, then return itself from the GY to
the bottom of the deck, and place the Gishki Monster
on the top of the deck.
Need to break a board?! Say no more!!!
Run 0-1 copies.
Monsters Tributed with a Ritual Spell Card for a Ritual Summon are not a cost. Both of
these are considered to be cards sent to the Graveyard by the resolution of the Spell
Card's effect. So the sending/Tributing is carried out at resolution, not at activation.
Honorable Mentions!
Beautunaful Princess: Once per turn, when
summoned, can banish itself for cost, in order to
special summon a Fish from the deck (Gishki Grim or
Gishki Abyss). Pseudo-copy of Gishki Grim!
Targeted negates can’t stop this thing!!!
Run 0 or 3 copies.
Swap Frog: When summoned can send another copy
of itself from deck to gy. Can be used to once per turn,
to return a monster back to hand!
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!!!
Run 0-3 copies!
Aquamirror Illusion: Special summons a Gishki Ritual
Monster. A very good tech option for going first.
…and it ignores summoning conditions!!!
Run 0-1 copies.
Spright Double Cross : This card does a lot, to say the
least. Most notably though, it will facilitate in allowing
you to set up Toadally Awesome 3 times in 1 turn.
3 Omni-negates!!!
