Standard Shift Procedures
 Being active on Telegram is a
Shift Walkthrough NON-NEGOTIABLE. You must be responsive!

★ Before Shift:
○ Catch up on team messages, there may be important information that was missed
while you were away!
○ Review your model’s quotas
○ Make a shift plan and submit to the group for manager review 10-15 mins before
your shift so we can offer suggestions if we see necessary!
★ At the start of your shift, you will send a “Logging in” message to
your assigned group on telegram
○ If you have a model that is NOT 24 HOUR SERVICE, you must send starting
screenshots of the current month at the start of your shift
★ During Shift:
○ If you are halfway through your shift, and not close to your quota you must reach
out for help. If a manager is available they will send suggestions or even hop on
the page with you
★ End of Shift:
○ Send end statistics of the current month, and submit Sales Tracker screenshots
