ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The completion of this project would not have been possible without the

assistance and participation of many people, whose names cannot all be listed:

To Prof. Ederlene C. Faelnar, MAT-M, I would like to express my deep gratitude

to our OIC-Dean, who gave us her approval to conduct our Field Study 1 and 2 class

observation and assistantship and providing invaluable guidance throughout this Field

Study journey. Her dynamism, vision, sincerity, and motivation have deeply inspired me.

To General Santos City National Secondary School of Arts & Trades, I am

grateful for providing me the necessary resources and access to information. Thank you

for giving us the opportunity to conduct our Field Study 2 Assistantship in your very

hospitable school. Especially, to the Principal, Assistant Principal, Academic Head and

teachers, thank you for the guidance and assistance throughout this journey.

To Mrs. Michelle Moana Marie T. Guntalidad, LPT, my cooperating teacher,

who help and guide me throughout my journey in my Field Study 2 Assistantship. She

has taught me the value of hard work and positive relationship among co-student

teacher. I am grateful for her patience, guidance, encouragement, support, and

understanding in making this journey a success. It was a great privilege and honour to

work and assist under her guidance. I am beyond grateful for what she has offered as

my cooperating teacher.

To Mrs. Jennifer Mae O. Inojales, LPT, thank you for your guidance and

support as our Field Study 1 and 2 adviser, who guided us to comply with all the

requirements needed and for your unending kindness and understanding all through our

Field Study journey.


To my family, peers, and friends, who have shared their moral, financial, and

physical support in some way or another; and,

Above all, thanks to the Great Almighty the creator of wisdom and knowledge, for

his unending love who never fails to give us strength every day, inspiration in every
