Objective:

Hand on Operational experience and knowledge of Various operations such as
Hydrogenation, Distillation (Vacuum, Atmospheric), Filtration (centrifuge, Sparkler
filter, Micron filter).
Responsible for maintaining smooth plant operation, Maintain process parameter
and quality check during shift.
Ensure cleanliness and safety as a culture amongst all the operatives.
Execute daily production activity as per GMP and SOP.
Support commissioning of new equipment and modification in plant,
implementation and performance trial.
Responsible for issue safety permit such as confined space, Hot work, Height work,

Reduce under vacuum recovery of solvent time by engineering modification in
plant.
Process optimization of different existing products as per engineering modification.
Planning and co-ordination with maintenance & production for execution of new
technology.
Technical & Operational training to production people to any upcoming new
technology, process and equipment.

Project Engineering Work:
Review URS vs IQ of new equipment project in accordance with quality and safety
standard.
Performed qualification activity such as Installation qualification, Operational
qualification and performance qualification.
Calibrate new Equipment such as Reactors and Tanks.
Performed passivation of SS316 Equipment.
Having an experience of HMI (Human Machine Interface) auto system.
Prepare SOP in New Atomization plant such as Operation of reactor, Operation of
HMI system, Cleaning of reactor, Solvent Dispensing through HMI system.
Performed qualification of SCADA system with Single Fluid Heating Cooling
System in new plant.
Having Instrument Knowledge in auto system such as Air operated control
valve, valve actuator, Safety Interlock.
Modification done in plant:
Arrangement of LEL sensor near manhole of reactor in closed area.
Arrangement of Oxygen sensor in closed area.
Arrangement of Electric pallet stacker for lifting Raw material.
Software Exposure: MS Word, Excel, SAP HANA.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Government Engineering
college Bharuch (GTU), with 7.18 CGPA in 2017.
Achievement:
SUN STAR AWARD winner for successful demonstration of Atorvastatin
Calcium Trihydrate.
