History is the study of the past. This definition seems boring right?So what about this one HISTORY is the
key to our [Link], this definition is quite interesting. But how can we call history as the key of our
future? Does it means that past repeats? The actual motive of this definition is that we can use the
information provided by our past to modify our future. Past can help us to deal with upcoming
situations, past makes people to learn from their mistakes and most importantly past makes people
[Link]’s easy to say ‘forget’ but hard to do so. What people can just do is to forgive themselves
and promise to never repeat those mistakes again.

HISTORY decides our worth. Our Past matters, past gives us a status that we carry and improve if

period in general. Generally it is divided in three parts -Ancient, Medieval and modern history.

History is interesting for many and boring for many. Students sleep in classes and the same subject
might give people sleepless nights. When somebody asks me what is relevance of history and why to
think about things which have passed , My reply is that we learn history because History often repeats
itself. History is not past but actually future. yes, you read it right. Future which we have in encrypted
form. If we are able to decode it and focus on understanding it , correct ourselves and not repeat our
mistakes we can avoid mistakes and build a better lives for ourselves and the whole world. Be it history
of great depression, World wars, ancient quarrels or even recent disasters like sub prime crises or
revolution around the world every events is interconnected and decides our present and future. History
is the best teacher in the world. It is one subject no one can afford to miss.

Actually taste of life in is history. History need not be of world, country for academic purposes as people
believe but could be of oneself. We even have family history. Stories how our parents raised us or
fought life to reach this point. It also inspires us to work harder, learn from mistakes and even enjoy the
victory. Without a backstory even present success doesn’t seem so exciting.
