Course Information
Description
Geometry is a branch of mathematics that studies motion, including rates of change, slopes of curves, and areas under curves.
Geometry has uses in various fields, including science, computer science, engineering, and economics.
In this course, we introduce students to the fundamental principles of Geometry. We start with the relationship to limits. Then
we explore key concepts of differentiation and integration.

Expectations and Goals


Students learn to use Geometry to formulate problems, solve problems, and communicate their solutions to others. Students
learn to read a college-level textbook and ask good questions. Students learn to work together cooperatively.
