Cubework offers flexible, on-demand warehouse and commercial spaces. We are a co-warehousing real
estate company with 75+ locations nationwide. We provide warehouse space, private offices, shared
coworking space, commercial vehicle parking, outdoor commercial storage, and event space. We are
seeking an experienced Project Manager who understands the intricacies of tenant improvements and the
broader construction in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage projects from conception
through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards along with the Sr. Project Manager in the U.S.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, external vendor relationships,
project execution, resource management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of tenant improvement projects, ensuring company
specifications and requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress while effectively managing changes in
project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers and contractors.
• Conduct regular daily, weekly, monthly, web meetings, emails, and phone calls with the local team
to conduct audits to ensure all locations meet company standards and projects are on schedule for
completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project and U.S. division managers, teams, and
external consultants, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, budget reports,
and progress updates.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in the construction industry,
specifically with tenant improvements.
• Excellent English and grammatical communication skills
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes in the U.S., regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects under
tight deadlines.
