2. Documentation Submission

o For Death Claims: Death certificate, policy documents, identity proof, address
proof, bank details of the claimant, and any additional documents if required.
o For Maturity/Survival Claims: Original policy documents, discharge form, KYC
documents, and bank account proof.
o For Health/Accident Claims: Medical records, hospital bills, discharge
summary, and proof of expenses incurred.
3. Claim Processing
• Once submitted, Max Life Insurance will verify the claim and the submitted documents.

4. Claim Decision and Payout
• Once the claim is approved, the payout is typically processed within 30 days. For death
claims, if further investigation is required, the process might take up to 90 days as per
