Step-by-Step Process in Obtaining H1B Visa

infos.
1. Apply for a Direct Hiring Schools (minimal cost) which offers H1B Visa
or through Legit Recruitment Agencies (higher cost) that offers H1B Visa
Note: Other direct hiring schools process the H1B visas but most will not offer so
the applicant will look for the Visa Sponsors whereas, the recruitment agencies
will be in-charge of your visa sponsors.
2. Submit a Comprehensive Resume and other credentials for Pre-screening of
documents
3. If through Direct Hiring, wait for emails and invites for Principal Interviews
4. In the Recruitment Agencies, some would look for your employer (School) to
apply for your qualification that meets the school needs and arrange you
Principal Inteview
5. You should pass the Principal Interview!
6. The employer (school) will give the JOB OFFER
7. Sign and scanned the Job Offer and send back to the employer
8. Wait for the Job Contract which stated the job responsibilities and annual
salary
9. Sign and scanned the Contract and send back to the employer
10. Wait for the employer or school to file the LCA (Labor Condition Application)
to file to the USCIS, notice will be given to you once LCA is approved.
11. When LCA has been approved, the employer ready to file for H1B petition,
wait for the I-797/NOA (Notice of Action) before filling DS-160
12. Secure the Petition number for entry in your DS-160, write the exact and
truthful information since that would be the basis for your visa interview.
13. Once DS-160 has been submitted, pay the filing fee in any accredited banks
so you can secure appointment to US Embassy for H1B visa interview
14. Once Visa is approved, OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) will follow.
15. Apply for OEC with the given requirements.
16. Make and account in the DMW or Department of Migrant Workers and
submit required documents.
17. Make sure to comply the requirements including Medical Examinations so
you will be given OEC.
18. One OEC has been released, good to book tickets for departure!

Passport copy
Educational degrees, certificates, and transcripts
Current employment letter
Previous employment experience documentation
Labor Certification Approval (LCA)
Tax returns for the sponsoring U.S. company
Correspondence received from Department of Justice
Letter sent to Consular General of Indian Consulate
Job Description with the US Sponsoring Company
Current or valid U.S. Licence
Resume along with supporting certificates
Payment for processing and issuance fee in the form of demand drafts
Passport-sized colored photographs (2-3)
