Pick Axe

Screwdriver
1 Are the tips of the screwdrivers in good condition and not worn out?
2 Are the handles of the screwdrivers ergonomic and comfortable for use?
3 Are screwdrivers stored in a way that prevents accidental punctures or damage?
4 Are users trained in proper hand placement and technique when using screwdrivers?
5 Are users provided with protective gear, such as gloves, when using the screwdrivers?
6 Is a record of defective tools and their status being maintained?
7 Is it controlled by Hot/Cold work permits?
Shovel or Spade
1 Are the shovel or spade blade and handle securely connected?
2 Is the blade of the shovel or spade free from dents, cracks, or sharp edges?
3 Are the edges of the blade properly maintained and not worn out?
4 Are users instructed on proper lifting techniques to prevent strain or injury while using
the shovel or spade?
5 Are users provided with protective gear, such as gloves, when using the shovel or spade?
