sya sa sampo, libo, o milyon, he’ll never hesitate to make a stand.
● Kahit pa ang kapalit nito ay maging target sya ng gobyerno, as long as people get to
listen to it, I think he thought to himself, it will be worth it anyway.

● I think first, it was a good move to actually translate it in the world’s universal
language.
● Alam naman natin na though the world is diverse, has different cultures and all
that, English has always been the universal language that people use
internationally.
● And I honestly think, with what’s happening sa world today, genocide, and all th
other wars between countries, his works are timely. Especially this one.
● Even here in the Philippines, today, there’s a lot of oppressions going on in our
country especially the divide between the rich and the poor.

● Independence, identity, progress, and unity. Lahat yan, can’t exist without achieving the
other.
● How can you be independent without progress?
● How do we achieve progress without unity?
● And how could we have our own identity if we are not independent?

● Going back, this trait of him has always been the foundation of what he did
● Without his sense of responsibility and concern, I don’t think he would’ve done the same.
● Talagang he can’t really put it aside that was why he was so persistent about pushing
through.

malawak na kamalayan sa mga bagay bagay.

● To summarize, there are 5 lessons na naobtain.
● First is the significance of martyrdom. Of course, need nating i-recognize how iconic
Rizal was. Without him, I doubt if there would be any movement at all during those
times. And he literally died bilang kabayaran sa pag aaklas niya.
● And honestly, para saan ba talaga sya namatay? It wasn’t for what he had written, it was
for all of us.
● Iyon ay para makita ang mga Pilipino noon.
● Pangatlo, obligation to oppose to oppression. Connected sa pangalawa because para
saan ba nya tinawag ang mga Pilipino noon na kumilos? Para dito.
● Para hindi na maapi pa at itigil na ang pang aabuso sa mga Pilipino noon.
● And for the last two, connected din sila sa unang tatlo.
● Isa para sa pag-alam sa kahalagahan ng kasaysayan, at ang hindi pagkalimot dito.
● In this way, we would be able to pass it to the next generation to never forget and always
remember.
● Iyon lang ang paraan para mapatuloy na maprotektahan nati ang ating pagkaPilipino,
kung anong meron tayo and what was done to achieve all that.
