1.0 INTRODUCTION
Sands Convoy LLC was registered in Oman in 2011 as a Construction Company
specialized in Civil and Structural works including earthworks, pipe works, civil
engineering structures, water works among others. Sands and Convoy LLC is a
subsidiary of Tiera General Corporation of Philippines.

Since 2007, Tiera General Corporation has been providing our clients with reliable
solutions to their complex construction challenges. Today, Tiera General Corporation
is recognized as a construction company, for its strength in traditional methods and
for creative, fresh approach to earthworks technologies and structural systems. Tiera
General Corporation expertise spans the construction spectrum, from smaller
renovations to immense projects. Tiera General Corporation specialize in building
excavation, site development, backfilling and shipyard facilities, commercial, and
buildings, as well as infrastructure projects such as water and waste water treatment
plants.

As a new outfit in Oman, we borrow our strength from our parent company as
we develop our independent structures for our mission. We are located in Building
No. 397, Way No. 246 18th November Road, Complex 248 Azaiba Road, Muscat
Sultanate of Oman.

Our team of construction professionals offers a single source solution for all of
your construction related needs. Whether its restoration, site preparation, a new
facility or facility renovation, as a subsidiary of Tiera Corporation, we have the
experience and personnel to provide the highest quality construction on schedule and
within budget. We support our clients from project inception, to the commissioning of
the fully operational facility. And our network of local offices enables us to offer our
clients the dual advantage of a strong local presence and broad geographic reach.

1.1 Company History

TIERA General Corporation history started November 2002, whereas the company was initially
named “Tiera General Trading” – a small single proprietor, supplying construction materials, civil works,

and trading firmed, owned and managed by Marilyn O. Kim located in New Capitol Estate Quezon City
Philippines (now in the vicinity of Bagong Lipunan Crame near Cubao area). It was the driving efforts of its
founder that propelled the firm through the early-unexpected changes of growth and market challenges.

In between 2004 and 2005, Tiera General Trading worked with some of the Chinese company on
building houses, condominium, and supply construction materials on MRT (Manila METRO RAIL
TRANSIT System). It continues on dealing with some of the other company and construction business
actively.

With the miscellaneous requirement of growing clientele both in the public and private sectors, it
comes up to expanded operation and with a selected group of businessmen and young professionals they
organized TIERA GENERAL CORPORATION, and registered it as a corporate entity on September
27,2005. TIERA General Corporation is a duly registered construction firm, a company getting involved in
the construction and building industries.

Thereafter, the board of director was set Nam Yeol Kim, elected as the President of the board and
Chul Soo Choi, as a project manager. They are both Korean citizen and well experienced in a construction
envisioned towards a new company strategy. Mr Choi practiced his profession as a civil engineer in the
Country of Saudi Arabia. He had Ten (10) years working experience in construction mainly in concrete,
steel, form works, and water pipeline. In 1987, he started working in Korea and involved in many projects
like SOO HYEAN EXPRESS HIGHWAY, DOONG JIN RIVER BRIDGE AND RAILROAD, and so many
more.

In some years later that the company started to engage in building excavation, site development,
pipeline networks, back filling, construction works & the like. This scope of works is the primary object of
the company. TIERA General Corporation success history is continuing with numerous new developments
and many new projects engaged like the well – known Hanjin Subic-Philippine Shipyard Project, PNR
(Philippine National Railway) Government Manila Project, and Subic Ampelos Tower Project (3Towers
with 17 storey buildings) and in other country. Business success is not the only reward for the company’s
proficiency. In the year 2007, November; TIERA General Corporation was awarded as the “Best
Subcontractor of Hanjin Heavy Industries Co. Ltd.” because of the good performance in the construction of
Subic-Phil Shipyard Project, on the same year.

Today, the company is obtaining overseas projects in construction industry. In the middle of this
year 2011, TIERA General Corporation got an Earthworks and Pipeline project in Oman & UAE together
with SANDS CONVOY LLC. These companies have the same ownership, TIERA is base in the Philippines
and Sands Convoy LLC is based in Oman. They have established their office in Oman now, and are fully
functional.

10.0 SUMMARYOFTHE PROJECT

As a new company, Sands Convoy LLC has not carried works in Oman as an independent outfit, but
as a subsidiary we have jointly with our sister organizations carried out the following works in Philippines,
Korea and Vietnam. In February 2012, Sands Convoy got their first job in Oman but as employee of
Taeyoung Hasan Juma Baker in Water Transmission Main for Expansion and Distribution Network at Al
