Acknowledgement
This success and final outcome of this assignment required a lot of
guidance and assistance from many people and I was extremely fortunate to have
got this all among the completion of my assignment work. Whatever I have done is

Introduction to the Project
Proposed system is computerized system. It is “Pizza billing software” which helps
user to record the orders of a customer and prepare the computerized bill. As it is
computerized it has lots of advantages like:
o Easy data retrieval
o This software is easy to use for both beginners and advanced users.
o It is combined with strong searching insertion and reporting capabilities.

o Pizza management system which provides making order of pizza for customer
through software.
o Digital pizza bill management.
o This pizza software is useful for any type of customer to keep the order easily.
o This project also provides security with the use of login-id and password, so
that any unauthorized users cannot use software.

An Existing System
o Existing system is manual system and hence has a lot of paperwork.
o Loss of even a single paper lead to difficult situation because track of
record is required to be maintained.
o Existing system is not user friendly because retrieval and searching of
data is slow and difficult.
o Modification of data is not much convenient in existing system.
o Reports are generated with difficulties.
o Making and recording of existing system is cumbersome.

o This project cannot be use online because it is offline project.
o This project content low security level.
o On order screen it is not able to show previous bill details.

o It allows adding the new items as well as updating the system detail
and removing items.
