As the digital marketplace grows, purchasing items such as/ like everyday essentials and
services online is becoming increasingly popular, which results in/ gives rise to (cause) fewer
trips to traditional stores. This trend has both positive and negative aspects; however, from my
perspective/viewpoint (point of view)/ standpoint/ in my opinion , I believe it is a positive
development.
To begin with, one major advantage of online shopping is its convenience. Consumers can
purchase items from the comfort of their homes at any time, without the need to travel to the
physical stores. Thus, this is especially beneficial for those who have busy schedules or limited
mobility. For example, my parents usually order groceries online and have them delivered to
my house, which saves a lot of valuable time and effort.
Furthermore/ Moreover/ In addition (Additionally), online shopping often offers a wider range
of products to the shoppers. Therefore, they can easily compare prices displayed on different
websites and shoppers can select any item that fits their interest more easily. Besides, they can
sometimes encounter unique items they hardly get at stores. This access to a global
marketplace, therefore, empowers (trao quyền) consumers to make more informed purchasing
decisions.
Finally, one of the significant benefits of shopping online is that the price is lower compared to
that at physical stores because online retailers often have lower operating expenses. In other
words, online retailers do not pay rent for a physical location or hire many sales people. So,
customers can often find the same items online at a lower price than they would in a traditional
store.
In conclusion, while the shift towards online shopping presents certain challenges, I believe it
is largely a positive development. It enhances consumer choice and convenience, which makes
shopping more accessible to more brands/ sellers around the world.
