TOPIC 1

Being a student I always put learning in the first position .Therefore, I spend almost my time
learning and only Sunday is my free [Link] large number of students choose hanging out
with friends is their leisure [Link] other choose spending time for family is their
leisure [Link],for me I’m interested in surfing the [Link] a long time I can see
that it has both good side and bad [Link] technology is developing very fast and in
era 4.0 social networks play an important role in our [Link] surfing the net ,I feel my life is
easier.i can communicate and get a reply or feedback only a matter of [Link]
are done [Link], surfing the net helps me reduce stress after a hard working day
and I can also share pictures of my life to everybody,but surfing the net for a long time makes
my eyes harmful [Link] I feel I’m addicted to internet and don’t care about
studying .Therfore,to have healthy leisure activity set the surfing the net in a [Link]
conclusion I think each of us need to have a leisure activity to relaxed when we feel
stressful,but not because of that we don’t care about studying or working .

TOPIC 2
Each of us has a hometown in which we grew up and contained our [Link]
hometown is Binh Thanh,a village in Binh Son province .Now I’m very excited to share you
my looking about my [Link] my opinion,my country is very picturesque because of
lots of vast fields,spectacular mountains,lakes ,rivers and [Link] the afternoon to relax I
ususlly go to the paddy fields to enjoy the peaceful sceneries and I can always see birds
singing beautifully in the sky,Especially in this summer my friends and I fly a kite in the
[Link] a beautiful time!.Besides,in the countryside,the cost of living is low and almost
everything all are cheaper than in the [Link] ,there are some disadventages when
living in the countryside,the most serious problem is that the roads are bumpy ,narrow and
in the rainy season they will be more sippery ,so dangerous for villagers to travel!.The
second ,the salary is very low and there are less opportunities for the youth to have a good
job with high [Link],I still love my country so much I promise that I will study better
and better to improve life for villagers,help Quang Ngai develop well

TOPIC 3
Being a student. I always put learning in the fisrt position .I’m so busy with [Link]
school, there are many things that can cause stress and pressure for me.I feel stressed
because of following reasons. Firstly,I’m putting up with parental pressure. They want me to
be the best student in my school, good at all subjects and get lots of high marks, .Therfore,
beside learning at school I have to join a lot of extra classes like: Math, Literature, Piano,…I
really feel stressed to meet my parent’s expectation. The second is from school works . May
be you can’t believe that but schoolworks is also one of the reasons cause stress for me. My
teachers always give me lots of homeworks after school and I must hand in on time. they
are 2 causes make me feel stressed ,but at the present I could pass it by some ways like: I
am not be too sad I stay calm and tell to my parents what feeling I had been and what I
want like interests, hobbies. Furthermore,I try to arrange time to finish my homework and
hand in it on [Link] conclusion, not only students, but also each of us all have stress for
uself. However, we must stay calm and looking back the problems then solve them.i think
it’s the best way.

TOPIC 4
Viet Nam is one of the countries has a diverse of population with 54 ethnic groups .Now I
will share you one of [Link]’s the [Link] Hoa have the population about 1 milion and be
the nineth ethnic groups in Viet [Link] don’t live in one area,they live all over the
[Link] I know that the Hoa’s economy depend on planting wet rice,making
handicrafts and trading. As for as I know the Hoa usually eat fried,spicy food anf they drink
healthily like daisy tea,ginseng tea. Especially ,although be the nineth ethnic group,the Hoa
have their own special customs and traditions like;liondance,comedies with flute and
stringed musical instrument,theatrical [Link] short I find that the Hoa is one of an
ethnic group make Viet Nam is a country well-known for special customs,tradition.

TOPIC 5
Viet Nam is known as a beautiful country with lots of customs and traditions. Almost
VietNamese families have their own [Link] do [Link] I’ll share you about our
customs. In my family ,my parents and I have tradition of doing exercise before going to
work our school then we always have breakfast at home by 6:30 as we think when we have
breakfast at home it’s safe and clean to eat .in the special occasions we have a family
bonding,we cook and have meals [Link] like other families,in the meal we aren’t
quiet ,but we chat happily about the work this day. Especially in some festivals like mid-
autumn festival,woman day we always give each member presents. Moreover,in my
opinion my family is quite civization because when we have a problem,we don’t argue but
we stay calm and solve the problem together. They are our [Link] conclusion we think
that we will try our best to maintain them.

TOPIC 6:
In the world, each country has own its beauty, especially in the lifestyle. Now I’ll share
you about lifestyle of people in my area. In my countryside, almost people get up early
and listen to the radio in the morning. Some others do exercises instead of. Then they
have breakfast, lots of people eat out, but there are many people choose to eat breakfast
at home. Because almost people are workers, farmers or sellers, so after breakfast they
go to work quickly to be on time. However, there are also some elderly who retire, they
usually go to the village café, have a coffee and chat together. Moreover, adults in my
country have a habit of eating cake like: no cake, in cake, … with tea in the afternoon.
Besides the adults, children and teenagers here have beautiful childhood with paddy
fields, in the summer they usually fly a kite and play traditional games together like: o an
quan, ban bi, … that’s all my villager’s lifestyle. In short, we not only maintain our
lifestyle, but also always work harder and harder to improve our life.

TOPIC 7:
Nowadays our environment is seriously polluted. So how can we protect the environment?
To begin with, we have to know the causes of pollution. The main cause of environmental
pollution often originates from human waste discharge activities in daily life, activities and
production processes. These harmful wastes that human and industries release are called
pollutants. Pollutants can be from somethings usual with us like plastic bags, the gases from
motorbikes, etc. Therefore we need to help the environment by some ways. The first, we
use bananas leaves instead of bags to wrap food as it helps us limit the plastic bag. Secondly
you should reuse and recycle bottles and cans , FOR me, I usually recycle bottleS to saving
jars. Thirdly, you need to plant trees or flowers to improve air POLLUTION for example in
my school, students plants flowers and vegetables in the schoolGARDEN. Besides they also
plant trees in front of school gate and I think all schoolS should do it. (The next in) my NEXT
opinion, people should go for a bike ride or electric bike instead of motorbike because
motorbike releases lots of harmful gasses and if you ride a bike, you can improve your
health and stay in shape. (That’s all). In conclusion , each of us need to have a good
awareness of protecting the environment.

TOPIC 8:
I find shopping very interesting, as it helps me reduce stress after a hard working day.
However, sometimes I’m too lazy to go somewhere to shop. Therefore, I choose shopping
online instead of shopping offline. In my opinion each of shopping has benefits for itself. For
shopping online, there are lots of benefits. The best benefit is that online shopping allows
me to shop from the comfort of anywhere or anytime and I don’t have to go to anyshops to
shop and you can understand that online shopping is convenient, flexible and helps us save
much time. The second, I can shop online only by a smartphone and I can find any products
by my finger tip because it offers a variety of products from food to clothes, from electric
devices to service. Moreover, sometimes, there are lots of good deals and discounts for
customers to buy with a low price. Besides, before buying I can also see orther’s reviews
and ratings about this goods. Especially if I receive the product that I don’t like, I can return
with only paying a little shipping. It’s all my opinions. how about your shopping way do you
love shopping online.

TOPIC 9
Every year Viet Nam suffers from many natural disasters. Among of them, storm is a natural
disaster occur the most often. Especially in the central region. Each year there are about 20
storm hitting in Viet Nam. They usually happen from June to November. it’s very scary.
Therefore, now I’ll share you about what we should do to stay safely from an upcoming
storm. Before it happens you need to regularly watch storm warning information,
strengthen house, identify a safe place to take shelter, proactively move out unsafe houses,
coastal area, river mouth to prevent rising water levels. Furthermore, preparing an
emergency kit and food. Besides don’t leave a safe place, close all windows doors, always
turn on the tv or radio to listen to the news to update the situation. Especially, don’t go
immediately, wait until the storm ends. Those are the ways to avoid a storm. In conclusion I
think we can’t predict about the natural disasters correctly so please always be ready for
them.

TOPIC 10
Nowadays science and technology is developing very fast and in era 4.0 there are numerous
ways to communicate. They are very modern. Now I’ll share you one of them. It’s video call.
In my opinion, each way of communication has own its benefits. So does video call. The first
video call allows us to call with video and we can see each other at the real time by a
smartphone. Especially, we can connect and communicate with each other by this way
instantly regardless of geographical location. I and my friends usually use video call to study
and chat together, it helps us too much in studying. Moreover, my parents said that video
call was useful for family members and business partners. However, video call still has some
disadvantages like it needs a high-speed internet connection and I find that some people
spend too much time chatting and calling so may they may be addicted to it. It’s all my
