Search Help
Basic Search Bar Procedures
• In the Search box, type a keyword related to the desired information, then click the search button.
• When performing a search using multiple keywords with undesirable results, try searching with only one
keyword.
Basic Filter Procedures
• If your search contains no results or too many results, try using the filters to further refine your search.
NOTE: You must select a State before you can select a County.
• The icons at the end of the search bar can be used to help as shortcuts for several tasks, as identified
below:
Displaying Results
• On the page displaying search results, results will load and display according to screen size. As you scroll
through the results, the system will continue to load more results, until all results are displayed.
Search Tips
When typing keywords
• You may type keywords in lower-case letters as the search engine is not case-sensitive. Typing "main" and
"MAIN", for example, will fetch the same results.
• Using the search bar will search all properties in the database by property address (including street address,
city, state and zip), County, Parcel number, and Cause Number
• You may perform a "wildcard" (%) search on this system.
• Try to search with only one keyword
• Try to search by county or state name only
• Try to search by city only
• If known, you may search using the property parcel number or, in the case of a Foreclosure sale, the Cause
number.
When a search produces very few or no hits
• Remember to use the filters to help refine your search when there are too many results.
• If you know the actual address of the property, please try to make it as basic as possible and refine your
search by using the filters. (For example, instead of typing "1234 Main Street, Suite B", try "main").
• If you spell the keyword (s) incorrectly, the search cannot be properly executed. Please confirm the spelling
of your keyword (s) and try again.
• The more keywords you use in your search, the more specific your search will and fewer results will be
displayed.
Viewing Results
• The results are properties which contain the specified keyword (s).
• You may download the results of your custom search/filter into an Excel document by using the Download
Property list icon
• You may choose to map the results of your search on a map. NOTE: Some results will not result in a
display on the map if there is no data on the property supporting this function.
