1) 1 REPORT ON HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER RATES AT ABC CORPORATION:
Ini adalah judul laporan yang mengidentifikasi topik yang dibahas dalam laporan.
2) Background: Bagian ini memberikan konteks tentang ABC Corporation,
termasuk informasi tentang sejarah perusahaan, jumlah karyawan, dan tingkat
pergantian karyawan yang tinggi.

2) Kesalahan Penulisan Kata:
Penggunaan "purcase" yang seharusnya "purchase" dalam kalimat "a copy
of the proof of purcase".
3) Kesalahan Format dan Penyampaian Informasi:
Surat tersebut tidak memiliki salam pembukaan yang formal seperti "Dear
Mr. Barnes" atau "Dear Travis Barnes".
Penyampaian informasi tentang masalah produk tidak cukup spesifik.
Sebaiknya, Bonnie Dixon harus memberikan detail lebih lanjut tentang
masalah yang dialami dengan Airpod Music Player agar perusahaan dapat
memahami dengan jelas dan merespons dengan tepat.
