2. Who does this position report to? If am offered the position, can I meet
them before making my final acceptance decision?
3. What’s your least favorite part of working here?
4. What is one advance in the company? (show you also have many choices)
5. What are the company’s plans for growth and development?
6. What type of background do you feel would be the best suited for success
in this position? (tell you what the job is really about)
7. What is their timetable for making a decision?

Notes
 Be professional but also make sure you be yourself.
 Interviewer thinks that is their interview, but this is your interview. Tell
them about you, what you want them to know about you. Dr Stephen
pretends to take note to show them he is well-organized.
 Shake your hands with the interviewer. It’s not a big deal if they reject
your handshake, just smile and keep going.
 Show the interviewer that you and they are not opposite. Show them you
have similarities with them.
 Re-express your interest if you are still interested in the job. It’s okey to
express that you are no longer interested in the job.
 Send an email thank you your interviewer for their time and express that
you hope to hear from them regarding your position. This is a follow-up
email. Send it after 2-3 days after the interview? Sending another email
telling that you have heard your acceptance and asking if you have any
confusion. This is because you are still in your interview process.
 Making connections with other people as well. (the receptionist, the
guarantee…)
