Our warmest felicitations to our dear completers/graduates of 2023!
For almost four years, our country has faced one of the most challenging
obstacles in its history. The pandemic, in spite of all the negative effects it has
had on us, has helped us understand the true character of the Filipinos by
demonstrating their unwavering determination to keep fighting even when it
seemed impossible to win—a shining example of our resilience as Filipinos.
This distinguishing quality of the Filipino people has also been reflected by the
Department of Education. High-quality educational services are still being
provided throughout the pandemic in every area, province, municipality,
barangay, and school of SDO South Cotabato.
These completion and graduation ceremonies for the school year 2022-2023 are
testaments to the department’s unshakable commitment to provide educational
services to our dear learners, even in the face of difficulties. In the Land of the
Dreamweavers, we never allowed the adversities to stop us from making sure
that no dreamweaver learner would be left behind.
With the unwavering support of our partners and stakeholders and its great love
for the future of this nation, SDO South Cotabato has grown to become an
institution that molds its students to be ready to take on the challenges of the
