Short intro:
Yes sir, I would like to introduce, my name is Hoang Minh Khoi, I have completed and graduated the
course on Logistics and Supply Chain Management at RMIT University. During my studies, I participated
in several group projects and achieved good results. In addition, I have also interned at a number of
businesses in the field of start-up company to accumulate more practical experience. There, I learned
and worked with colleagues in a professional environment. One of the projects I worked on was
procurement, which i have been searched and collected a huge of data of customer, the satisfaction
either the happiness between seller and holder. I hope to apply my experience and knowledge to
contribute to the company if hired
What is the knowledge gained during university studies?
Time management, problem solving - situations created by lecturers as well as from classmates, the
ability to communicate and discuss with university lecturers. Moreover, the working environment I also
learn from the University when I had to balance between working individual and as a group. For
example, during the time the task is being released, I have to be a leader in a team, analysis and delivery
to each specific person with their personality to be easily done and giving it to my lecturer. Moreover,
sometime I have obstacled when the teammate is leaving the team without notice, I have to done there
job by myself as soon as the deadline coming. That time I understand the backup plan and how to finish
the assignment with high acceptable of the lecturers.

I have to say that the passion of the chain, the perfection in each stage of the chain that seduces me to
dive in this industry. For instance, the sustainability that this industry has been giving me the highlight is
the procurement segment, creating communication - connecting between the vendor and the payment
party, exchanging, creating more connection to help developing themself as well as the company.
What is special about you?
I have to be clear that everyone has there two sides, hence, the special of me is acknowledging myself,
what I'm gonna do best and how can I achieve the goal that I set-up. However, the opposite of me is the
rigidity. At the time I setup the goal that I have skected, I have to stick my own rules and the strictness to
finish it despite anything else affected to me.
What made you choose this company?
First of all, every candidate want their benefit in each company as I did an research on the Internet,
Google, the data. But, with, the thing that made me to choose your company was the environment and
the subject that I followed is Logistics and Supply Chain Management of the company. Hence, I have to
finish a review of your company and realise that 'wow, this environment is suitabled for me to dive in
and gain more knowledge of this subject, then I applied to your company'. Moreover, as the company is
recruiting the assistance of CEO, I can learn lots of things such as management, development,
understanding, etc,... hence, I think this company is beneficial to me someway to improve myself and for
the company.
What kind of person are you in a group?
The one who duelist with the task and try my goal to finish it in line with the deadline of customer, the
boss, the owner of the task. I will try the best of my to be fit with the company, the CEO, manager in
each place I have been for and try to maximize the beneficial between each other.
What do you want from the company – what is your leader like?
Yes, I think I am quite comfortable, in school I also worked with many team leaders, strict, thorough,
free, ... I have not felt uncomfortable with any management style at all, I have adapted quite well. My
priority is to learn closely from the leaders as well as from other departments of my company. Seeing
everyone very happy, working with a relaxed atmosphere, I really like it.
What kind of environment do you like to work in?
I like fast-paced environments because they make me feel like I'm always learning and growing, but I
really thrive working with team members and helping everyone achieve common goals instead of
competing. My last project was at an organization with a similar culture and I really enjoyed it
When you encounter stressful problems related to tasks and pressure, how do you solve them?
I know that stressful situations will always arise and I must learn to overcome them. I think I will improve
with each new experience. Take an simple example, when i'm joined in the group and did a project with
the teammate in University, I have faced the problem as the quitter in my teammate when they thought
the project might not be finished in time, I tried to encourage them and help that person 'as a team, we
are helping each other, so if u r facing any problems, just tell me and I will do my task ASAP and help you
in time'. Hence, the problem is solved and I finished the project on time with the high satisfaction of the
lecturer that I undertake the project.
When you're balancing multiple projects, how do you keep yourself grounded?
I'm used to have to balance projects in my past project, as I often have to switch between managing
team members as well as my own work. I used simple programs on Google Drive to list down which tasks
that need to be completed first and arrange them in order of priority to balance the atmosphere and
spirit of the members as well as progress of project.
From your resume, it looks like you haven't worked in 1 year. Can you tell us why?
When I finished my graduation, I felt unprepared and undecided about my university major, so I learned
more about other fields to help my mindset in the future. Meet the employer's demands as well as help
those around them when they have difficulty with their tasks.
It may seem a bit random, but that time really helped me develop a lot of new skills such as leadership
skills, communication skills,...

What is logistics?
Logistics will include the activities of transporting goods from the producer to the consumer such as
packaging, storage, transportation and paperwork, customs clearance, ..
“Supply Chain Management” includes planning and managing all activities related to sourcing,
purchasing, manufacturing and all logistics management activities. To an important extent, supply chain
management includes coordination and collaboration of partners on the same channel as suppliers,
intermediaries, service providers, customers. Essentially, supply chain management will integrate supply
and demand management within and between companies. Supply chain management is an integrated
function whose primary role is to connect business functions and key business processes within and
across companies into an effective business model high and sticky fruit.”
As if the situation happen to your manager such as sick, got problem, what you gonna do?
Firstly, I want to take a quick look at my manager, r they still conscious of their problem is facing or not. If
not, I tried to finish all the task I have given previsouly, then I can contact to the relation of the task to
tell that I have finished and what is not finished yet to be done, at least I can reduce the job of the
manager and might be replacable for the space that the boss is not here. On the positive side, when the
manager/CEO is conscious, I tried to calm the boss/CEO down and help what they are want, the personal
requirement or the one that helps the company and I gonna on behalf of them to finish the task.
If you have to go on for a long business trip, how can you arrange it?
I have to say that I love to travel, hence, when take a long business trip, I gonna enjoy it much, also I'm
not forgot the task I have been given with the boss, so it may somehow I can balance both the trip and
the business.
