School-Based Scouting Script

To our ever-dynamic and supportive school head/principal and Camp Master

Madam Elsie T. Ramos, to our guest from the Barangay Council, Hon ___________, Committee on
Education, to my dedicated fellow teacher-scouters and trainers, to our BSP and GSP Participants,
supportive parents, Good morning.

As per Nelson Mandela, “Scouting inspires patriotism, sound moral values, courage, character-
building, self-reliance and community awareness.” Today, these values are just as relevant in helping
youth grow to their full potential. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence,
ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives. They are able to develop
these values and skills while they also enjoy outdoor activities that will surely make their inner-child
heart happy.

To start, everybody is requested to stand for an opening prayer to be led by Scout Master Archie
Trinidad. This will be followed by the entrance of colors by the select Boy scouts and the singing of
National Anthem with Scout Mark Jian Feria as the conductor. Zambales Hymn and Botolan Hymn
thru a Recorded Music…..

Please stand still as Scout Joshua Miguel Basa, lead us for the Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat
ng Pilipinas…..

At this point, may I request all the boy scouts and scouters to rise still for the rededication to the
Scout Oath and Law to be led by Scout Amado Jose Cruzado. (Thank you)
May I also request the girl scouts and scouters for the Rededication to the Scout Promise and Law by
Scout Princess Aubrey Joy Manaois respectively.

Thank you and you may now take your seat…

Now, may I call on Scout Master Archie Trinidad, our Camp Coordinator for welcome address and
Presentation of the Staff. Let us give him a round of applause.

Thank you so much sir, for that warm acknowledgement!

And now, to keep us inspired throughout this activity, I’d like to call on our Public Schools District
Supervisor and Division GSP Supervisor, Dr. Blesilda D. Fontanilla to give us words of inspiration. Let
us give her a warm applause! Mdm…

Thank you so much maam for that wonderful message! That indeed, captured and inspired our
hearts today….

At this juncture, let us now have the presentation of our BSP participants by Scouter Kenneth C.
Bildan, our School BSP Coordinator. let us give him a round of applause!

WOW! That was very energetic! Thank you, sir for that very warm acknowledgement. So, scouts just
seat back, relax, enjoy and feel at home!

To conclude our program, Id like to call on our supportive principal, our camp chief Madam Elsie T.
Ramos for the declaration of the opening of the encampment as well as her message for us. Madam…

Thank you so much mdm.

Our scouting activity is finally open. At this moment, Id like to remind our scouts to enjoy our
scouting activities and make this activity a fun learning experience too. God bless us all…..
